Edward G. Boyle
Executive Vice President, Director U.S. Options Exchanges, NYSE Euronext

Edward Boyle is Senior Vice President and Director, NYSE Arca Options. Boyle is responsible for the strategic development, market structure and technology platform of the NYSE Arca Options exchange. Boyle currently represents NYSE Euronext on the board of directors of the Options Clearing Corporation.

Prior to joining NYSE Euronext, Boyle was Vice President and Director of Business Development, Equity Derivatives at TD Securities, a division of the Toronto Dominion Bank. In this position, his responsibilities included oversight of the U.S. Equity and Equity Derivatives trading and execution strategic direction as well as client/exchange relationship management.

Boyle began his career in the securities business in 1982 becoming a member of the CBOE in 1985 and starting a private brokerage firm he operated until 1990. From 1990 to 1998, Boyle was President of Boyle Securities responsible for operations and trading. From 1998 to 1999, he was a principle and trader with Platinum Trading LLC., where he was responsible for client relationship management and operations. From 1999 to 2002, Boyle was Managing Director, Business Development of the LETCO Trading Companies, responsible for client relationship management and order-flow.

Boyle has previously held membership and committee appointments on the Chicago Board Options Exchange, the Chicago Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange.

Previously, Boyle served on the Board of Directors of the International Securities Exchange (ISE) as an industry director and was a member of the SIA Options Committee from 2003 to 2007.

Boyle currently holds NASD Series 7, 63, 55, 24, and 4 industry licenses.
