Gerard (Gerry) McGraw

Gerard (Gerry) McGrawGerard McGraw is president of Institutional Products Group for Fidelity Investments, the largest mutual fund company in the United States, the No. 1 provider of workplace retirement savings plans and a leading online brokerage firm. In this role, Mr. McGraw oversees National Financial, Capital Markets, Institutional Wealth Services, Fidelity Family Office Services, Fidelity Investments Institutional Services, all brokerage operations and the risk and brokerage technology functions. He is also a member of the Fidelity Executive Committee.

Mr. McGraw joined Fidelity in 1997 as a senior vice president of Internal and Management Control, where he was responsible for ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements. He then became senior vice president of brokerage operations and assumed his current position in March 2003.

Prior to joining Fidelity, Mr. McGraw worked for four years at Smith Barney Shearson Inc., as senior vice president in the Capital Markets Administration and Controller's Department. From 1987 to 1993, Mr. McGraw was a senior vice president of Securities Operations at Shearson Lehman Brothers, Inc. Previously, Mr. McGraw served in several examiner positions with the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. From 1983 to 1985, he was a senior auditor at Paine Webber Inc. Mr. McGraw began his career in the financial service industry in 1976 as a staff auditor at Morgan Guaranty Trust Co. of N.Y.

Mr. McGraw earned a bachelor of arts degree in accounting from Pace University in 1976. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Security Industries Institute, a member of the Operations Committee for the Securities Industry Association (SIA), and previously has served as the SIA Clearing Firms Committee chairman.
