The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) announced today the recent appointments of Mitchell J. Lieberman, Managing Director, Global Co-Head of Global Securities Services (GSS), Goldman Sachs & Co. (Goldman) and Gary E. Yetman, Managing Director, Co-Head of Global Equity Finance, Global Markets & Investment Banking Division, Merrill Lynch to its board of directors (Board). Their terms began in November.

OCC Completes Second Major Installation of Encore Clearing System
The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) announced today that it successfully completed the second major installation of its new clearing system, ENCORE, Release 3.0. With this implementation, OCC’s clearing members are now able to use ENCORE for their core positions processing.

OCC Unveils MyOCC Portal at FIA Conference
The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) announced today its demonstration of MyOCC, a new comprehensive Web resource for OCC clearing members, participant exchanges, retail brokers, trading desk personnel and other options industry professionals, at the Futures Industry Association’s Futures and Options Expo 2002. The Options Clearing Corporation Promotes Michael E. Cahill to President and Chief Operating Officer
The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) today unveiled the arrival of a new management era as it announced the promotion of Michael E. Cahill, 44, to President and Chief Operating Officer, effective July 1. Cahill was most recently Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. His promotion marks the realization of a long-term management succession plan at the world’s largest clearing organization for options.

OCC Elects Pershing Executive to Its Board
